After completing my Honours degree in Industrial Psychology I figured I would develop my career in HR.That was before I understood that I was destined for the amazing, exciting, challenging and intense world of recruitment.I became a financial recruitment consultant in 1998 and Ive never looked back. I loved the competitiveness and the impact that I could make. I loved the making matches and closing deals. I naturally teach and build teams and it was inevitable that I would take an interest in managing people in this business, driving and training them to become successful specialist consultants. The combination of leading and developing people while driving business results and building an excellent company has been my life for the past 16 years...and Im right where I belong.
